In a world filled with constant change, distractions, and competing allegiances, Cornerstone House Music continues to anchor its message in the eternal truth of who Jesus is. Their new single, “Jesus Now and Forever,” reflects on the authority, Lordship, and Kingship of Christ, calling listeners to fix their eyes on Him.
The song was inspired by a meaningful moment following one of the ministry’s pastoral meetings. As the team gathered to plan and pray, they landed on the theme for their October 2024 month of prayer: Jesus Now and Forever. The phrase lingered in the heart of Creative Arts Pastor Daniela Barroso, who later wrote the lyrics of this beautiful piece.
Centered on the majesty and supremacy of Jesus, it reflects on humanity’s ultimate purpose: to worship Him, and reminds humanity that while everything in this world will fade, He alone remains forever. Through vivid imagery and exalted language, it portrays the power, holiness, and glory of Christ while proclaiming His names and titles, such as King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Lamb of God, Holy One, Counselor, Morning Star, and Prince of Peace.
What makes the release especially powerful is its strong biblical foundation. “Jesus Now and Forever” weaves in nearly 30 Scripture references, including Revelation 1:8, Revelation 1:13–16, Revelation 4:11, Revelation 5:13, Revelation 7:12, Habakkuk 3:4, and Isaiah 9:6.
“The message of Christianity isn’t just that Jesus saves, it’s that He reigns and rules now and forever. It helps us keep our eyes on Jesus, live in constant surrender to Him, and look ahead to eternity,” shares Daniela Barroso.

The single was recorded during the ministry’s live recording in September 2025 at a Night of Worship, where Cornerstone House Music introduced several originals, including “Jesus Now and Forever.” It also marked a special moment in the group’s journey as the first original song ever introduced to their church congregation. The response was immediate and heartfelt, with the community embracing it as though it had already become part of their worship language.
What has made this moment even more meaningful for the team is how the song has resonated far beyond their local congregation. Whenever “Jesus Now and Forever” has been introduced in gatherings across the Mid-Atlantic region, from worship nights to conferences, believers have responded with the same warmth and immediacy.
Now available worldwide, “Jesus Now and Forever” offers the Church a fresh anthem to exalt and focus on the name of Jesus above all else.
