The Kennedy Center will celebrate Juneteenth by celebrating the 75th birthday of gospel legend Richard Smallwood in a star-studded tribute.

The celebration will be conducted by Grammy Award®–winning producer Dr. Henry Panion III. The tribute features performances by Smallwood’s electrifying ensemble Vision; Dorinda Clark Cole, Maurette Brown Clark, and Pastor Marvin L. Winans; Howard Gospel Choir of Howard University; Bowie State University Choir; and more.
