This special event offers an opportunity to reflect on her incredible contributions and celebrate the power of music and education to inspire and transform.
The evening will feature a variety of inspiring highlights. Attendees will experience a powerful performance by an alumni choir. Joyce Garrett will share personal stories and insights during an interview, offering a rare glimpse into the lessons she has learned throughout her groundbreaking career. Excerpts from her new book, Excellence Without Excuses: A Music Teacher’s Odyssey, will be shared as she chronicles her journey of resilience, passion, and commitment to excellence.
