Wilson operates the extremely popular In A Minute Cafe  located in Capitol Heights which is well known for its tasty crab cakes, wings and healthy menu options. The journey began for Wilson when he opened his Minute Events Catering  in 2013. Over time has made him the go-vendor for both small and high profile events. With the addition of the second location, Wilson not only expands the availability of his popular cuisine to a new community, but he plans to offer a Sunday Gospel Brunch featuring DJ Kasper. This will certainly to be popular in an area that sits in close proximity to several churches,

Overcome with emotion, Wilson said, “I just want to encourage everyone that dreams do come true. It takes work, it takes patience, you lose sleep, but all things are possible to those who work hard and believe. You can do anything if you put your heart and God into it.”
