Hot Shots: ‘HARRIET’ screening in Atlanta with Willie Moore Jr.

Syndicated radio host Willie Moore Jr. hosted an intimate screening and Q&A session for Focus Features’ latest film HARRIET on Wednesday, October 9.  The screening took place at Regal Atlantic Station in Atlanta, where Moore invited his closest friends – including Da Brat, Monica Brown (VP of Pandora), Shari Welton (Producer of Sister Circle), Rick Party, and Carmen Watkins among others. Prior to the screening, a Q&A session with the director of the film, Kasi Lemmons, and one of the film’s stars, Omar Dorsey, was held and moderated by Willie.

HARRIET, starring Tony Award-winner Cynthia Erivo, Leslie Odom Jr., Joe Alwyn, Janelle Monáe, Jennifer Nettles, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Clarke Peters, Henry Hunter Hall, Zackary Momoh, Vondie Curtis-Hall, and Omar Dorsey premieres nationwide on November 1, 2019.
