TV ONE will air Represent Our Voice Town Hall

TV ONE will present REPRESENT OUR VOICE, a town hall episode designed to explore the major issues in education impacting the country right now, including the academic, physical and emotional toll from virtual learning, the out-of-control costs of higher education, and policing in schools.

CNN commentator and political analyst Karen Finney will moderate episode four which will simulcast on TV One and CLEO TV as well as on the networks’ Facebook and YouTube channels on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 3 P.M. ET/4C.

President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris have named several cabinet picks from a diverse group of talent and there are still more to come. One of the most highly anticipated nominations is that of Secretary of Education. The panel will break down what the Biden Administration must do to keep America’s students from failing and putting them all on a path to success.

Featured speakers include Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, psychiatrist Dr. Janet Taylor, Dr. Paul Miller, CEO of Urbane Education Alterations, and David J. Johns, Executive Director of The National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC).
