Richard Davis unleashes new Christmas single, 'Christmas Gift'

It’s been a whirlwind year for Richard Davis.  The recording artist and producer was tapped as VP of Label Operations and Director of A&R for the newly formed Jonre Music Group. Today, December 16, Richard  Davis unleashes a glorious yuletide tune, “Christmas Gift.” on the the Jonre Music Group label.

Enmeshed in music since he was 8, Davis is a multi-faceted artist whose vocals are refreshing as he sings this beautiful song about the greatest gift to mankind. Produced by Davis & Christopher Howden, the new single shares a timely message for today’s culture and offers hope in troubled times. The beautiful arrangement  of “Christmas Gift,” with Howden playing instruments and Ervin Williams on guitar, celebrates family in its opening, but then quickly shifts to the celebration of the greatest love,  the gift that Jesus is and the need to share that gift with others.

As a testament to its impact, “Christmas Gift” has already received airplay. It’s also signals that start-up music label Jonre Music is firmly on track to create a footprint in the industry.
