Phillip Carter releases ‘I Shall Survive’ to cheer others in times of uncertainty

In this time of uncertainty, Phillip Carter was inspired to redo and release a song I had written 20 years ago called “I Shall Survive”. It’s dedicated to the victims, families, and people around the globe who are experiencing this hardship during this pandemic.
