Kim Burrell is headed to The Kennedy Center in November. The Grammy nominated and Stellar Award winning vocalist will take to share some of her knowledge with young artists as she leads the Gospel Master Session as part of the American Voices three-day seminar at The KennedyCenter.
American Voices brings together some of the nation’s top vocalists and industry professionals in popular, jazz, country, Broadway, gospel, and classical music to celebrate the very best of American vocalism.
For the American Voices: Gospel Master Session with Kim Burrell the gospel star will coach young artists, both high school-age singers and more advanced pre-professionals in the gospel genre. The session concludes with a panel discussion that will be moderated by acclaimed soprano Renée Fleming, who is curating the festival.
American Voices: Gospel Master Session with Kim Burrell takes place Sunday, November 24 @ 3 p.m. in the Kennedy Center’s Terrace Theatre. Tickets are $38.00
