K-LOVE Fan Awards: Chris Tomlin, Lauren Daigle score top awards

Lauren Daigle earned top honors as “Artist of the Year” and “Female Artist of the Year” at the 4th Annual K-LOVE Fan Awards. In addition to walking away with the evening’s top award, Daigle took the stage for a special duet rendition of “Meant To Live” with Switchfoot and performed her K-LOVE nominated “Song of the Year” for her No. 1 hit, “First.”

Artists for KING & COUNTRY and Francesca Battistelli took home trophies in the fan-voted categories: Group/Duo of The Year (for KING & COUNTRY), Best Live Show (for KING & COUNTRY), and Worship Song of The Year (Francesca Battistelli for “Holy Spirit”). With their two trophies, for KING & COUNTRY remains the winningest artist in the history of the KLOVE Fan Awards.

For King & Country win at K-LOVE Awards

Chris Tomlin closed out the 2016 K-LOVE Fan Awards with a performance of his No. 1 single “Good Good Father,” which was honored as Song of the Year. Lauren Daigle, for KING & COUNTRY, Passion, Hillsong UNITED and more joined him on stage as the entire audience sang along. The event was heard live by millions across the country on the K-LOVE Radio Network and around the world on KLOVE.com.

The fan-voted awards show took place on Sunday, June 5 at Nashville’s iconic Grand Ole Opry House and was sponsored by Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated and hosted by Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Matthew West.
