Evolution of Gospel Concert Heads To Texas This Friday

The Evolution of Gospel concert is making its final stop this Friday when it heads to Houston, Texas. The free concert celebrates Gospel Music Heritage Month.

After a spectacular kick-off concert in Washington, DC last week, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) and Gospel Music Heritage Foundation chairman, Carl Davis are bringing the finale concert to Houston.

The concert includes performances by Kim Burrell, V. Michael McKay, Anthony Brown & group therAPy, Zacardi Cortez and many more. Honorees include Al Edwards, Dr. Thomas Freeman, Skipper Lee and a posthumous award to Rev. Paul Jones.
