Dr. Eve Taylor to host 2017 New Generation Leadership Conference

Dr. Eve Taylor has heard many people, young and old, ask the question, “What is my purpose?” With a passion to help answer that question for each individual, she created Discover Your Why, an organization that helps people unlock their God-given potential and reveal their reason for living. In addition to books, one-on-one counseling and a radio program, Dr. Taylor, who is also a chaplain, holds regular workshops to empower people with knowledge of their purpose. Her next Discover Your Why Leadership Ministries Event, the New Generation Leadership Conference, will be held Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8 at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center (5000 Seminary Road, Alexandria, VA 22311).

The  2017 features some of today’s most provocative pastors and speakers including Dr. Jasmin “Jazz” Sculark, Senior Pastor of Victory Grace Center in Bladensburg, MD; Dr. Charlene Monk, Senior Pastor and Founder of New Horizon Christian Faith Church in Landover, MD; Dr. Rita Twiggs, Founder of Preach Woman Preach Boot Camp & Five-fold Ascension Ministry in Hampton, VA and Cdr. Maurice A. Buford, Ph.D., Commander and Chaplain of Marine Corps University in Quantico, VA.

The event includes host Winston Chaney of the Morning Show on Radio One’s WYCB and the music of GRAMMY Award Nominee and multiple Stellar Award winner Byron Cage. Also, the talents of dancer D’Andree “Tubby” Creekmore, Gospel recording artist The Gospel Angels of Washington, DC, and saxophonist Rev. Dr. Ginger Cornwell, “Ginger on Sax”, will be featured. The Color Guard will be present as well, “displaying the colors”. Dr. Taylor will support and celebrate veterans with Type 2 Diabetes during her “Honoring Veterans Radio Forum”.

Dr. Taylor is impacting the world with her purpose driven vision for others to discover their why. Many know her as the Radio Host of Discover Your Why, a program which airs on Radio One’s WYCB 1340 AM in Washington, DC, on Mondays at 11AM EST. Radio One has chosen Taylor’s program to be the first as they launch another arm of their broadcast media with Discover Your Why Podcasts at www.myspiritdc.com. Visitors will find that they can listen to recent, as well as older, previously-aired, broadcasts. Dr. Taylor has received numerous humanitarian awards including the Strathmore International Association’s “Who’s Who Humanitarian Award for Global Leadership”. As an evangelist missionary who has traveled throughout the continent of Africa, China and South America, her goal is to lead others into their destinies.
